POLE DANCE

OUR MAIN PASSION ....

Our schedule includes mainly pole dance classes at various levels of advancement. The training plan includes elements of stretching, strengthening, acrobatics and even the basics of the circus circle and dance choreographies by the pole.

The classes last 1h10 minutes and consist of a decent warm-up, tube training and cooling down at the end.

KIDS FIELD

CHILDREN ARE OUR FUTURE ...

We also run classes for children from 7 years of age and groups for teenagers. Children love difficult challenges and pole dance is certainly one of them. In training, we use the natural flexibility of children and the ease of adaptation of the body to strength training.

Classes for children last 50 minutes.

FunctionalBoxing

ENERGY TRAINING FOR THE BODY AND THE SPIRIT ...

FunctionalBoxing is our newest product inspired by months of thinking and searching within boxing. It is a training combining elements of functional training with the basics of martial arts. What distinguishes our training - we train on real punching bags, in real gloves, adding exercises that comprehensively strengthen our body. In a word, we give you a good impression! There is no room for a soft game here ....

Stretching is an inseparable element complementing pole dance training and we practice yoga to calm down and strengthen our body. Both trainings have a common factor - let's give our body time and a deep breath and it will allow us to work wonders if we exercise regularly.
